At Lion Signature, the well-being of our guests, colleagues and communities is top priority. We understand the concern you may be experiencing surrounding the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and we are committed to every ones safety and sharing relevant information regularly.
As the Corona Virus impacts the whole world, we are following the recommendations and guidelines as mandated by World Health Organization (WHO) and Health Ministry of Government of India. We remain committed to upholding the best practices and have added enhanced processes to our usual high standards.
Below are few salient features of the standards we are maintaining :
Overall Sanitizations : Our lodge staff is being trained and briefed regularly to be extra diligent in sanitizing guest rooms and public areas including – bathrooms, door handles, desk tables and chairs, all switches, telephone instruments and remote controls safety latches and locks, exteriors and common areas. Guest luggage and all items coming into Lion Signature are also sanitized on arrival.
Health Screening : All our guests and staff have to go through health screening including temperature/oxygen checks. These helps in detecting at the very first instance and minimizing spread; wearing mask during stay is must.
Additional Sanitization : We have enhanced our cleaning processes to include additional sanitation and regular cleaning routines in all sections of our lodges. Sanitizer dispensers are available in all public areas for guest use, all our team members, at all times, are wearing masks and keep sanitizing after regular intervals.
Our Cottages : We have individual cottages in our property, spread in large forested land holdings, hence maximizing privacy and social distancing, we are also trying to keep minimum 24 Hrs. gap before every check-in whenever possible. With research showing the coronavirus may spread through shared air hence our standalone Air conditioner unit system will mitigate some of these airborne transmissions.
Kitchen : Highest standard of sanitization will also be maintained in our kitchens. Our staff will enter the kitchen in fresh uniforms and wash their hands thoroughly and regularly. The staff will wear face mask and continue to sanitize all surfaces after use, including the kitchen wares. Precautions will be taken to thoroughly wash vegetables and grocery packets as well, prior to use.
Dining Experience : As part of the covid19 measures being taken to ensure the health & safety of all our guests - one of the most significant changes being made at our lodge is the dining experience. We are focusing primarily on fresh produce and fresh meals - incorporating the farm to table concept as much as we possibly can. We are working on menus for the day - cooking with only those ingredients that are fresh and readily available on a given day. The seating for the dining will be realigned adhering to social distancing norms. Guests will be requested to make table reservations in advance. To limit the exposure, through the service period, only one team member will interact with the guest (including order taking, food pickup, and billing.)
Swimming Pool : Following government guidelines Pool and Spa will remain closed until advised.
